Return Policy

Note: ALL FORMAL DRESSES (LONG OR SHORT) ACCESSORIES, SWIMWEAR, INTIMATES, SKINCARE, COSMETICS AND GIFT CARD SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS ALLOWED ON THESE ITEMS

If there are any other issues with the item you can still contact us and we will deal with it on a case by case basis.
Any items can be returned if there is any inconsistency caused by us.

Returns By Mail

If you are not satisfied with your order, we are more than happy to assist with most or all of your return requests. To file a claim on damaged or return items.

We want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase. If you have any sales queries, do not hesitate to contact us via customerservice@amoras.boutique. However, if you feel the product(s) you purchased are not the best fit for your requirements and you attempted to resolve issues with our support staff, we want to make things right.

Although we’d love to know where things went wrong, or how we can improve, follow the steps below for a refund within 10 days of the date you received it. Please include your order number so we can issue a refund as quickly as possible. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Exchanges

Please follow the return instructions and then ask for an alternation.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will issue a store credit which is valid for the next 90 days upon approval.

Important Note:

• Price tags and stickers must be attached to the merchandise. Altered, damaged or worn clothing cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Please retain your invoice as proof of purchase.

• For returns, enclose a copy of your invoice along with the merchandise packaged securely in the original package if possible.

• Attach the pre-paid return label provided with your original order. Pre-paid return labels are not included in orders shipped to P.O. Box addresses.

• All returns must be made within 10-day’s from the date you received the item with original invoice and price tags attached.

• Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

• We can only process returns for amorasboutique.com purchases. We cannot process returns for any merchandise that was purchased at one of our stores.
